Strong Middle Frontend Engineer
We are building Gepard PIM - an AI-enhanced Product Information Management platform tailored for the e-commerce industry. It helps brands, retailers, and marketplaces efficiently collect, enrich, validate, and syndicate product content across multiple sales channels.
Gepard actively integrates AI-powered features to improve enrichment, validation, recognition, mapping, data extraction, and content generation.
Tech stack:
- Engage in advanced frontend development with React 18, TypeScript, and Redux, building high-performance, scalable user interfaces.
- Design intuitive and responsive components using MUI 7, MUI-X 6/7, and Styled - Components, while enhancing user experience with React Router 6 and dynamic form logic.

Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience in React development.
- Deep understanding of React 18, TypeScript, Redux (redux/toolkit), Context API, React Router 6.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with MUI 7 / MUI-X 6-7, Styled Components
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and confident data fetching strategies using RTK Query or React Query.
- Experience in normalising, caching, and optimistic updates
- Solid grasp of component-based architecture and frontend scalability.
- Experienced with Git, code reviews, and branching strategies.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest / Vitest, React testing library, Cypress.
- Has solid experience in performance optimisation: lazy loading, React Suspense, memoisation strategies (e.g., useMemo, React.memo), bundle size monitoring, and re-render optimisation.
- Has a deep understanding of implementing authentication and authorisation, including token-based auth (e.g., JWT), role-based access control (RBAC), route protection, and secure client-side state management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Figma.
- Experience with internationalization libraries i18n (i18next), feature-sliced architecture
- Comfortable with sprint planning, estimations, and mentoring developers.
- Technical English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core UI features across the Gepard PIM platform.
- Contribute to architectural improvements and scalable frontend solutions.
- Take part in sprint planning, estimations, and support smooth task execution within the team.
- Collaborate with other developers, sharing knowledge and providing technical feedback.
- Conducted code reviews and maintained high-quality coding standards.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate modern technologies to improve developer experience and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Backend, AI, Product, and Marketing teams to align delivery with business goals
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, PIM/DAM platforms, or marketplaces.
- Experience working in a No QA team model, with self-tested frontend delivery.
- Involvement in building design systems or reusable component libraries.
- Interest in AI tools for development (GitHub Copilot, JetBrains AI Assistant, etc.).
- Experience with WBS estimation and planning of new functionality.
- Participation in tech interviews, onboarding, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools โ ability to work with build pipelines, environment configurations, and automated deployments
- Experience configuring and optimising Vite in a React ecosystem, including custom plugins, environment variables, and performance tuning.
