Embedded/Backend Developer (High-Performance Decentralized Compute Infrastructure) Offline

We seek an experienced Embedded/Backend Developer with deep expertise in high-performance signal processingcustom chip integration (Cerebras, TSMC), and low-level system development. You will help bridge the gap between advanced hardware architectures and scalable software infrastructure, contributing to the future of decentralized computing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend and embedded components that interface with Cerebras and TSMC-based hardware.
  • Optimize signal processing pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Integrate custom chip capabilities into broader system architecture (data routing, job orchestration, blockchain coordination).
  • Work closely with development teams to understand chip-level specs, constraints, and interface requirements.
  • Design and implement efficient data flows between embedded systems and infrastructure components.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of fault-tolerant, secure backend services powering decentralized computation.
  • Build observability into embedded and backend systems for diagnostics, logging, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (blockchain, AI/ML, DevOps) to deliver complete product functionality.

     

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • 7+ years of experience in embedded systems programming (C/C++, Rust, or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of backend development using languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
  • Direct experience working with Cerebras, TSMC, or other high-performance AI/compute chips.
  • Experience with signal computing, DSP, or data-intensive application development.
  • Familiarity with low-level hardware interfaces, device drivers, and real-time operating systems.
  • Understanding of distributed computing concepts and blockchain-based infrastructure is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with version control tools like Git and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and collaborate with remote teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in blockchain/Web3 projects.
  • Familiarity with secure enclave technologies and hardware security modules (HSM).
  • Exposure to AI/ML systems at the chip or compiler level.
