Middle/ Strong Middle Go Engineer (project for 3 months with prolongation) Offline

Project Description:

Join a dynamic team working on a marketplace under the Forte Bank umbrella, designed to facilitate the sale of various goods. The project is focused on improving performance and expanding functionality based on insights gained during the Discovery phase. This role will play a critical part in system migration, optimization, and feature enhancement.

Duration of the project: till the 1st of September, with a possible prolongation.

Customer: Kazakhstan

Scope of Work:

• Migrate the database from Cassandra to PostgreSQL
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of PostgreSQL post-migration
• Enhance code quality by ensuring thorough test coverage
• Integrate Swagger for API documentation and development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in development
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang)
• Experience with gRPC (protobuf)
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and RabbitMQ
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL

Nice to Have:

• Experience in database migrations and optimizations
• Familiarity with integrating Swagger
