B2B Account Executive / B2B Sales (IT. Saas)

We are a B2B SaaS service for IT and marketing agencies operating in Europe and the USA.

A current pool of 500+ clients from all over the world. Our own IT development, a unique product using artificial intelligence to automate lead generation for agencies.

Sales are entirely in English. Stable marketing that produces more than 100 “warmed up” leads monthly.

It is important that this is not an educational project, it is a B2B SaaS service. The average check is 2000, the average number of sales that one manager makes per month is 20 contracts.

 

What we offer:

  • Work under an official contract in a company registered in the USA.
  • Salary from $2000 (fixed salary + % of sales). A productive Account Manager has been consistently earning $3000-4000 based on the results of the last 3 months.
  • Work schedule 5/2, from 12-14 to 20-21.00

How the sales department is organized:

  • Marketing: leads come to our websites and social networks, leave requests and get into the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Appointment Setter/SDR (first-line managers): process requests (MQL) and qualify them according to the budget and need for our product (SQL). If the lead suits us, the first-line manager schedules a video meeting with the sales manager.
  • Account Executive (sales manager): receives a qualified lead (SQL) with demonstrated interest in our product and budget, in the CRM (HubSpot), with whom the Appointment Setter has already booked a meeting for him (demo call).

 

Account Executive Task

  • Before the meeting: establish contact with the lead via email correspondence in HubSpot and Linkedin, conduct basic analysis of the lead's company and select relevant "cases" among our clients.
  • Confirm the meeting with the client.
  • During the meeting: present our SaaS platform based on the client's request and needs. Sell during a video call or in-depth needs identification to schedule the next call within 1-2 weeks. 90% of sales occur in 1 or 2 video calls.
  • After the meeting: continue in correspondence and conduct a follow-up call. The deal cycle is 3 weeks.

 

What we expect from you:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a sales manager through video presentations, with clients in the B2B sphere, ideally in SaaS, IT, CRM, Automation.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM: 1 year of practical work experience.
  • Knowledge of English at the C2+ level. Knowledge of Ukrainian language not lower than B1.
  • Proven experience in increasing the conversion of personal sales in B2B or EdTech.
  • The last year of sales experience exclusively in English.
