As part of our ongoing digitalization efforts, we are looking for a skilled Python AQA Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

3+ years in QA automation with tools like Pytest. Experience in Selenium and/or Playwright would be a plus.
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience in designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to design and execute both functional and performance tests.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Xray, Confluence.

Job responsibilities

Design and build a robust automated test framework from scratch using Python and Pytest.
Develop and maintain automated UI and functional test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
Create and execute automated API tests using requests or similar Python libraries.
Implement test scenarios covering functional, regression, and end-to-end workflows.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to integrate test suites into Azure-based CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results, generate reports (e.g., Allure), and log defects in JIRA with supporting details.
Contribute to overall test strategy, automation best practices, and QA process improvements.
Debug and troubleshoot test failures, perform root cause analysis, and suggest corrective actions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AQA/MQA engineers and promote a quality-first mindset across the team.
