Python Developer – Automation Scripts

We are looking for a proactive Python Developer with a strong focus on business process automation and data-driven analytics. This role involves building and maintaining automation scripts, managing bots, and conducting market and event analysis. You will collaborate across departments to streamline operations, deliver insights, and improve the efficiency of repetitive tasks through intelligent scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for automation or optimization.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based automation scripts and bots.
• Monitor and troubleshoot bot performance, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.
• Implement and optimize data workflows, including extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Perform market, event, and business analytics using Python and related tools.
• Work with APIs, web scraping tools, and external data sources for real-time and batch data collection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, exception handling, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, especially for automation and scripting tasks.
• Experience with automation frameworks and libraries (requests, selenium, pandas, schedule, etc.).
• Solid understanding of process analysis and workflow design.
• Experience with bot development and maintenance.
• Skills in web scraping and working with APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with analytics techniques and tools for trend and event analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
• Experience with Git and basic CI/CD workflows.
