Sales Manager/Dispatcher EST (Miami timezone)

Hi there!

We’re launching a new construction-focused startup in mid-May, targeting the Miami market, and we’re looking for a Sales/Dispatcher to join us from day one.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing project, work directly with US-based clients, and help shape smooth, efficient communication between clients and field teams. What you’ll do:
 

  • Quickly respond to incoming client requests;
  • Call customers to clarify details (e.g. kitchen or bathroom renovation, painting, small handyman tasks, etc.);
  • Coordinate and schedule onsite visits with technicians;
  • Help move deals forward and support the sales process;
  • Track results — KPI bonuses included.

 Requirements:
 

  • Upper-Intermediate+ English (you’ll be speaking with US clients daily);
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust fast;
  • Experience in sales, dispatch, or customer support — a big plus;
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and the ability to multitask.
