Customer Success Manager Offline

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is focused on managing our outstaff teams and ensuring smooth cooperation between clients and developers.

Required skills:

 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Project Manager, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of software development processes 

 


Responsibilities:

 

  • Acting as the main point of communication with the client
  • Coordinating with our development team
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including identifying upsell opportunities
  • Managing internal processes such as vacation tracking, sick leaves, and handling complaints from both the client and the team
  • Tracking developers’ reports and performance updates
  • Preparing monthly client reports summarizing progress and team activities
  • Creating non-technical monthly plans for the client (e.g., number of working days and hours for the upcoming month)
