Senior Backend Developer to $10000 Offline

We’re currently hiring a Senior Backend Developer on behalf of a long-term  client — an established, fast-scaling technology company building cutting-edge AI-driven tools used by thousands of users worldwide.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep technical challenges, long-term product thinking, and contributing to reliable, scalable backend systems within a modern engineering team.

You’re a great fit for this role if you:

• Have 4–6 years of experience in backend development, preferably within SaaS, AI, or B2B product environments
• Are confident writing TypeScript and working with Node.js at scale
• Have practical experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
• Can design, build, and maintain robust APIs and backend services with strong performance and security standards
• Understand and apply software architecture principles, RESTful API design, and best practices for scalability and maintainability
• Are familiar with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and code quality tooling
• Have experience working in cloud-native environments with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions
• Communicate clearly in English (C1+) and collaborate well with cross-functional teams
• Are proactive, organised, and able to drive your work from design to deployment and support

Your responsibilities:
 

• You’ll be part of a core backend engineering team responsible for maintaining and evolving a mature, production-grade system. Your day-to-day will involve:
• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services in TypeScript
• Building and refining APIs used by frontend applications and external integrations
• Collaborating with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to align on functional and technical requirements
• Writing reliable tests and contributing to a high-quality codebase
• Monitoring system performance and proactively resolving performance or reliability issues
• Participating in architecture discussions and continuous improvement of development processes
