About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our growing team and help build beautiful, performant, and user-centric web applications. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform for both restaurant staff and customers. You'll work primarily with React, Tailwind UI, and Ruby on Rails to create responsive, modular, and maintainable frontends that seamlessly integrate with our backend.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web interfaces using React, Tailwind CSS, and Tailwind UI Kit.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate features using Ruby on Rails APIs.
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, functional components.
- Ensure the platform is responsive, accessible, and consistent across devices.
- Work closely with designers and product managers to iterate on user experience.
- Optimize frontend performance and maintain high code quality.
- Proactively identify and fix bugs or usability issues.
- Stay current with frontend best practices and emerging technologies.
What We Expect from You
✅ 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
✅ Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
✅ Experience working with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Tailwind UI.
✅ Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or a willingness to collaborate closely with a Rails backend.
✅ Good understanding of RESTful API integration.
✅ Attention to detail and passion for creating great user experiences.
✅ Experience with Git and working in agile teams.
