What You’ll Do
Flutter Development
- Build, ship, and maintain our Flutter (Dart) mobile application across iOS & Android.
- Implement clean‑architecture layers (presentation, domain, data) and feature‑sliced structure.
- Integrate REST APIs, handle offline caching, push notifications, and secure storage.
Collaboration
- Work side‑by‑side with product, design, and backend teams to deliver a polished user experience.
- Take part in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
Performance & Quality
- Profile the app (DevTools, Dart VM) to cut frame drops, memory leaks, and battery drain.
- Write unit, widget, and integration tests; maintain >90 % critical‑path coverage.
- Automate builds, signing, and releases with Fastlane/Codemagic and GitHub Actions.
Mentorship & Leadership
- Guide junior Flutter engineers, enforce code style, and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Must‑Have Skills
- 3 + years building production Flutter apps (Dart 3, null safety).
- Solid grasp of state‑management (Bloc, Cubit, Riverpod or similar) and dependency injection.
- Comfort with clean architecture, SOLID principles, and test‑driven development.
- Startup mindset: proactive, ownership‑driven, able to iterate quickly.
Soft Skills:
- A passion for technology and innovation.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment and take ownership of outcomes.
- Flexibility to learn and work on new tools and AI models under mentorship, if lacking experience.
