Solidity Blockchain Developer

Quintagroup is building a next-generation Web3 platform to power fully decentralized protocols with off-chain state and compute. You’ll contribute to a WASI-based runtime for actively validated services (AVSs), helping to restore the core principles of trust, transparency and true decentralization.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and deploy Solidity smart contracts for AVSs and related decentralized modules
• Integrate contracts with an off-chain compute environment via a WASI runtime
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites using Hardhat, Foundry or Truffle
• Perform security audits: identify, document and remediate vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, overflow, access control)
• Optimize gas usage and on-chain performance for cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with Quintagroup’s backend, frontend and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end dApp solutions

• Own CI/CD pipelines for automated contract deployment and versioning

   

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Solidity development experience
• Deep understanding of EVM internals and smart-contract security patterns
• Proven track record with smart-contract frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry)
• Strong skills in writing unit and integration tests for blockchain code
• Experience with gas-optimization techniques

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Rust or Go for off-chain integrations
• Knowledge of cross-chain messaging standards (IBC, bridges)
• Background in Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling
• Open-source contributions or technical presentations in Web3
