About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with deep experience in Node.js, React Native, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You’ll work across our stack, helping build delightful features, scale backend services, and drive architectural improvements in our microservices ecosystem. Our engineering culture embraces Agile principles- fast iterations, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship scalable, secure features across our mobile and backend stack
- Collaborate with product and design to deliver seamless user experiences
- Write and maintain clean, testable, and efficient TypeScript code
- Develop cloud functions, backend services, and real-time APIs
- Optimize app performance and contribute to release cycles
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
- Help shape infrastructure decisions and improve DevOps pipelines

- Frontend: React Native (latest version), JavaScript/TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Cloud Functions
- Databases: Firestore, MongoDB

You Should Have
- English Advanced/Fluent (English speaking team)
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development
- Strong expertise in React Native and Node.js
- Production experience with Firebase and Google Cloud Platform
- Solid understanding of Firestore, MongoDB, and asynchronous architectures
- Experience working in microservice environments and shipping production apps
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for building meaningful, safe technology for children and families
