Midcontract is reshaping how freelancers, agencies, and SMBs get paid—securely, fairly, and fast. Our escrow-powered payment platform is built for the service economy, with smart contracts, crypto/fiat flexibility, and on-chain reputation tools.
We’re looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us grow faster. Someone who can spot strategic opportunities, open doors, and build relationships that matter.
What you’ll do:
– Identify and close new partnership deals (think fintechs, marketplaces, agencies)
– Work with the founders to shape go-to-market strategies
– Keep things moving: follow-ups, demos, light negotiation — you own the flow
You’re a fit if you:
– Have a sharp instinct for growth and can hustle without being pushy
– Speak startup: fast pace, limited resources, big vision
– Have experience with B2B partnerships, sales, or ecosystem building
– Bonus if you know Web3, SaaS, or freelance marketplaces
