Amazon FBA Manager to $2000
Amazon FBA Manager (Private Label) — Full-Cycle Product Launch & Growth
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Manager to take full ownership of launching and managing private label products on Amazon USA — from research to stable sales and ongoing growth. You will play a key role in building and scaling new products within a well-structured and fast-paced team.
Who we are:
We are an international team focused on the Amazon USA marketplace. The founders are originally from Belarus and have been living in Europe for many years. Internal communication is in Russian, but we’re always open to talented professionals from Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and other countries.
We value open communication, proactivity, and a growth-oriented mindset.
We work under the Private Label model with a long-term strategy, strong USPs, and a system-driven approach. Our current team includes an experienced Amazon Manager, in-house designers, and a Head of Amazon who builds and oversees all processes. We’re looking for one more strong specialist to strengthen our team.
What you'll do:
- Research and validate product ideas and niches
- Analyze competitors, reviews, and brand landscapes
- Write product briefs (product, packaging, listings, A+, etc.)
- Find and negotiate with suppliers
- Prepare for launch: logistics, listing creation
- Launch products on Amazon and manage their early performance
- Manage post-launch product growth and optimization
What you need to bring:
Must-have:
- Proven experience launching products on Amazon USA from scratch
- Deep understanding of the Private Label model (not dropshipping or wholesale)
- Strong analytical skills using Helium 10, Data Dive, and similar tools
- Solid grasp of unit economics and profitability drivers
- Experience working with suppliers (China, EU, USA, etc.)
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with Scrum methodology
- Experience creating and A/B testing strong USPs
- Knowledge of Amazon’s TOS, brand protection, and IP/patent nuances
- Ability to structure and delegate tasks (with a view to future team scaling)
Work format:
- Type: Fully remote
- Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours (we care about outcomes, not micromanagement)
- Team: You’ll collaborate with another Amazon Manager, an in-house designer, and the Head of Amazon
- Process: We use Scrum (sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews — already in place)
What we offer:
- Well-structured processes, no chaos
- Ownership of full product development cycle
- A team that values initiative, responsibility, and clarity
