IT Sales Manager

Requirements

• English at C1 level (both spoken and written) is required;
• 2+ years of experience selling IT services;
• Active search and attraction of new clients (including cold outreach);
• Communication, preparation of presentations, negotiations;
• Have an understanding of web development technologies; 
• Be ready to study a large theoretical base of IT terms and concepts needed for daily work;
• Willingness to study sales literature and develop yourself further as a sales specialist;
• Knowledge of professional office tools;
• Perseverance, computer power user skills and attention to details;
• Skill in Networking;
• The ability to make consultative sales. This is the main format of work;
• Understanding of SDLC 

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of Web3;
• The ability to use AI tools in work and development in this direction;
• Experience selling a Dedicated team;
• German B2+ 
• Experience visiting Events and Roadshows in order to attract customers.

Responsibilities:

• Writing unique, non-template offer letters to potential customers;
• Presentation of the company’s services and tech stack;
• Business negotiations with clients to discuss project specifics, scope, timelines, and budget (calls, emails);
• KPI and sales plan execution;
• Participation in reaching agreements between the client and the company;
• Working with objections, agreement of terms, and closing deals;

• Participating in the analysis of results.

   

Working conditions

• 1 month probation period;
• Remote format of work; 
• A flexible work schedule, the result is what matters the most (8 hours a day, 5/2);
• If necessary, additional equipment is provided after the probation period (work laptop);
