💫About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly knowledgeable Amazon specialist who can lead and scale our Amazon operations. This person will be responsible for optimizing our listings, driving sales growth, managing deals and promotions, creating bundles, increasing subscription opt-ins, and working closely with our PPC agency to maximize ad performance.
This role requires deep expertise in operating across multiple marketplaces and a strategic mindset for expansion into new regions.

🔍 Requirements:
🔹3+ years of proven Amazon operations experience.
🔹Experience with Amazon Seller Central and managing international marketplaces (US, Canada, UK, Germany).
🔹Expertise in keyword research, listing optimization, and Amazon advertising (PPC).
🔹Ability to work collaboratively with external PPC agencies and internal teams.
🔹Strong organizational and project management skills.
🔹Knowledge of beauty industry products (preferred but not required).
🔹Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
🔹Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
🎯 Responsibilities:
🔸Amazon Sales Growth: Implement strategies to drive overall revenue growth, including launching promotions, bundles, and new deals.
🔸Listing Management: Create and optimize listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content) to maximize conversions.
🔸Subscription Growth: Develop initiatives to increase Subscribe & Save opt-ins.
🔸Marketplace Management: Manage operations across Amazon US, Canada, UK, and Germany, ensuring listings meet local requirements.
🔸Expansion Strategy: Research and lead expansion into additional Amazon marketplaces.
🔸PPC Coordination: Collaborate closely with our PPC agency, conduct keyword research, and optimize ad spend for profitable growth.
🔸Performance Analysis: Regularly track KPIs, generate reports, and present actionable insights.
🔸Customer Experience: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and reputation management.
🔸Compliance: Ensure all listings and promotions comply with Amazon policies across marketplaces.
