Business Development Manager (mid sized businesses segment) Offline

We’re seeking a results-oriented professional who can hit the ground running and accelerate sales of our servers and services - delivering tangible impact within their first quarter.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and selecting potential clients in the mid sized businesses segment - companies with established IT infrastructure (CRM, telephony, billing, databases, etc.)
  • Initiating first contact
  • Conducting qualification calls to uncover business needs and specific client requirements
  • Developing and presenting a personalized offer tailored to the client’s needs
  • Handover of the client to the technical team for a smooth and efficient service launch

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Understanding the needs of mid-sized businesses in IT infrastructure (CRM, servers, hosting, security, cost optimization)
  • Ability to independently identify and acquire new clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals

Working conditions:

  • Remote work, european-based company.
  • Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off.
  • Working hours: fixed, from 9:00 to 18:00.
  • Lunch break: flexible, 1 hour between 12:00 and 15:00.
  • Mandatory probationary period of 2-3 months (can be closed earlier, retroactively).
