Now, we are looking for a Web Designer who will be working on our clients' website designs, ensuring they align with the client`s brand guidelines and look professional.

Responsibilities:

• Design website wireframes and full mockups in Figma, focusing on CRO and UX.
• Translate client goals and strategies into compelling visual concepts.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure a smooth handoff and implementation process.
• Create branding elements such as logos, color palettes, and style guides (light branding).
• Design engaging social media content (preferably static or minimal motion).
• Contribute to internal design needs for Explore’s own brand.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital design or UI/UX (agency experience is a plus).
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates web design in Figma (a must-have).
• A keen eye for typography, layout, and modern design aesthetics.
• Understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to manage branding projects (logos, style guides) with clear direction.
• Comfortable designing visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and able to take initiative when needed.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with motion design (Lottie, After Effects, Canva Video, etc.).
• Familiarity with WordPress or understanding of how designs are implemented in WordPress.
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
