🚀 About the Role
We are hiring Azure DevOps Developers for a high-impact engagement with our insurance client based in Munich. You’ll play a key role in automating the deployment and lifecycle of Azure services across a modern Big Data & Analytics platform. This role requires deep expertise in infrastructure automation, Azure PaaS/SaaS technologies, and a strong focus on platform security and stability.
🎯 Responsibilities
🔹 Automate deployment and configuration of Azure PaaS/SaaS services for Big Data & Analytics
🔹 Implement full automation across the ML lifecycle
🔹 Automate validation and restoration of configurations for IT security compliance
🔹 Support root cause analysis for complex issues raised by the support team
📚 Required Skills
✅ Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, PowerShell, ARM Templates, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Ansible, Azure Policies
✅ Solid hands-on knowledge of Azure services, including:
• Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kubernetes Services
• Event Hub, SQL Server, Blob Storage, Data Lake Store
• Cosmos DB, Azure ML, DSVM (Windows & Linux), Power BI
✅ Good understanding of Databricks and Dataiku
✅ Strong networking knowledge: Azure VNets, Hub & Spoke, hybrid connectivity
✅ Familiarity with Azure AD and integration of identity services into secure architectures
✅ Proactive mindset with the flexibility to manage a wide range of tasks
✅ Fluent English for business communication (German is a plus)
