Full-Stack Developer (React + Node) Offline

🚀AIMPROSOFT — Full-Stack Developer (React + Node) Opportunity!

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is expanding its staff and is looking to hire a Full-Stack Developer (React + Node) on a contract basis ( up to 12 months) to work on a strategic project for a B2В market client.

🎯About the project & role:

The project is a B2B IoT platform designed to manage location-based data, resources, and user interactions across a multi-tenant architecture. It includes advanced filtering, real-time dashboards, and geospatial processing features for industries like field operations, infrastructure monitoring, or smart city management.
The platform is being actively modernized and restructured to meet enterprise scalability standards.

🔥What We Need From You:

Front-End:

• 3+ years of experience in React.js, ideally including React 18 (or strong upgrade familiarity)
• Deep knowledge of component-based architecture, hooks, and performance optimization
• Experience refactoring legacy code: resolving re-renders, inline logic, state propagation
• Strong familiarity with MUI
• Capable of debugging and auditing frontend performance using React Profiler / Lighthouse
  
   

Back-End:

• 3+ years of experience in Node.js
• Express.js knowledge
• Experience working with PostgreSQL (including performance-heavy views and indexing)
• Understanding of RESTful API design, middleware, and controller/service separation
• Bonus: Experience with materialized views, async workers, Redis, or Elasticsearch
• Ability to diagnose performance issues (N+1 queries, heavy services, blocking I/O)
  
   

Dev/Infra:

• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Notion AI) for boosting productivity
• Comfortable working in a Google Cloud-based environment
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub workflows
• Understanding of monorepo or multi-module project organization
• English level — Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)
