Software Developer in Test

💼 Project Overview:
We're looking for a Software Developer in Test to join a long-term banking and finance project. The ideal candidate is a Java Developer with a strong testing background, experienced in test automation and comfortable working in an Agile environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality digital tools and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

💻 Tech Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in automation framework design and development (Java & Python)
• Deep hands-on coding in Java and Python
• Test automation frameworks: Cucumber, TestNG, Playwright
• CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins)
• Oracle PL/SQL (functions, packages, procedures, queries)
• Unix shell scripting, GitLab, and Autosys
• Solid Agile testing methodology knowledge
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Azure, especially AKS and Databricks

• Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks
• Collaborate with BAs and domain experts in cross-functional teams
• Implement user requirements and build end-to-end automation pipelines
• Ensure systems meet both functional and non-functional specs
• Embed observability, monitor environments, and manage incidents
• Promote engineering best practices and contribute to tech community growth
• Represent client needs within the development lifecycle
