Junior/Strong QA manual

Our company is in search of a strong Junior QA. We believe in smart and responsible employees. ( remote )

Our company is based in Silicon Valley.  We are looking for a professional who will have the following soft skills:

- Fast learner. (We will need you to catch up on networks: OSI, VPN, etc, fast. Same as a good understanding of AI and Databases.  )

- Work smart, not hard. (We value members who are finding how to optimize and improve. )

- Great communication ( Our team is quite agile, and we need good communication. Otherwise, it will not work )

- Good culture. ( We value employees who match our team values and focus.  )

- Adaptability ( You need to adapt fast and strive to improve this skill. )

- Responsibility. (You need to commit to what you do and escalate when necessary)

Hard skills:

- STLC knowledge.

- QA ISTQB foundation knowledge and ability to discuss topics.

- Functional \ nonfunctional testing types

- Test documentation. Good hands-on experience

- Hands-on experience with AI tools. ( ChatGpt, Gemini etc... )

- Hands-on UI testing and knowledge of Figma and validation.

- Basic knowledge of Web coding  ( HTML, CSS )

- DB basic understanding (SQL).

Language:

- Ukrainian ( MUST )

- English: Intermediate +

Good to have:

- Network knowledge (VPN, IMAP, POP3, LAN, WAn etc...)

- Basic knowledge of coding  (JavaScript, Python )

- Automation knowledge ( Selenium, Jmeter... )
