Project Manager (Strong junior to middle) (offline)

Responsibilities
- Communication with clients and Dev/Design team.
- Managing clients’ quality, scope, and budget expectations.
- Requirements elicitation and management
- Monitoring and improving the performance of the team, providing visibility to the client
- Maintain and improve existing processes

Requirements
- 0,5 - 2 years of experience in IT project management with English-speaking clients.
- Experience in managing project teams of at least 3-5 people.
- Solid understanding of mobile and web app design/development
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (from the kick-off/initial requirements gathering and till the support phase of the project)
- Upper-intermediate English level (both written and spoken)
- Presentation and negotiating skills.
- Problem-solving skills.


Would be an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of the basics of marketing.
- Business analysis experience
