Sales Operations Manager
Role Overview
We’re seeking a personable, highly organized Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is critical to enabling our go-to-market success. You'll work across functions—partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive leadership—to optimize sales processes, drive accountability, and enable informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate is comfortable in the weeds building reports and workflows, but also confident presenting insights and guiding strategy at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
- Process & Enablement
- Design, document, and optimize sales processes that scale with the business.
- Build and maintain onboarding and ongoing training programs for Account Executives and other sales team members.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in how we sell.
- Deal Desk
- Stand up and run a deal desk function to support reps in structuring complex deals and ensuring pricing, discounting, and approvals are aligned with company policy.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, legal, and execs for deal approvals.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.
- Deliver insights to sales leaders and executives to inform strategy and resource planning.
- Salesforce Management
- Own the integrity and hygiene of sales data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and RevOps team to define and implement system enhancements.
- (Bonus: Admin experience is a plus, but not required.)
- Sales Performance & Accountability
- Partner with sales leadership to define and enforce KPIs.
- Track rep activity and performance, helping to identify coaching opportunities.
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation modeling.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM operations roles in a B2B SaaS or software environment.
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with Account Executives, Managers, and Executives.
- Strong experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, workflows); familiarity with tools like Outreach, Gong, or Dealhub/CPQ is a bonus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate data into action.
- Experience standing up and running a Deal Desk is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Readiness to work from 16:00 to 01:00 Kyiv time.
