Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead a team of Golang developers in designing and developing robust backend systems
• Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and support their professional growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and DevOps
• Own and optimize key AdTech components such as Prebid integrations and Dynamic Pricing Systems (DPS)
• Improve identity verification technologies for better audience understanding and targeting
• Continuously refine development processes, deployment pipelines, and system reliability.
   

Requirements
 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Golang in production environments
• 1+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
• Strong background in AdTech, including prebid and DSP technologies
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and high-performance architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
