Sales Manager (US, European Markets) salary + %

Work format: Full-time, in-office (Kyiv)

We’re a Kyiv-based IT studio that builds smart digital solutions — from city services and mobile apps to large-scale B2B systems. We work with both public sector and commercial clients. Now we’re expanding to international markets and looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US and Europe.

Your role:

• Search for and qualify leads in the US and EU markets
• Build the sales pipeline and close deals
• Conduct calls, presentations, and demos in English
• Collaborate with the team
• Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and contracts

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience in IT or outsourcing
• Understanding of American and European business culture
• Structured approach and goal orientation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
