🧩 Middle React / React Native / Nest.js Developer
Format: Remote / Full-time
Project: Collective Forecast
🚀 About us
Collective Forecast is an AI-powered platform that helps people understand and navigate crypto and personal finance with confidence.
We’re building an ecosystem that turns complex financial tools into clear, intuitive insights — with a touch of personality and a whole lot of tech.
We’re a startup — not a consultancy, not an agency.
We’re building a real product with real users and real impact.
If you want to learn, grow, and build something meaningful — you’re in the right place.
🔧 What you’ll do
- Ship features end‑to‑end for Web and Mobile—Figma → TestFlight / Play Beta.
- Maintain a monorepo that shares business logic and a design system between React and React Native.
- Build Nest.js back‑for‑front micro‑services (TypeScript) for real‑time widgets and AI routing.
- Own state & data layers: React‑Query / Zustand, WebSockets, optimistic updates.
- Guard our test pyramid—unit (Jest), component (Testing‑Library), E2E (Detox / Playwright).
- Profile performance, drive code reviews, and mentor a Junior Front‑End colleague.

📝 How to apply
- A few lines on why CoFo resonates with you.
- A link to a repo or release showcasing your contribution (web, mobile, or backend).
- Any CV format—just make the last 2‑3 years of work obvious.
- AI‑Reflection Questions:
- Deep Focus vs AI Assistance
AI can boost speed, but it can also be distracting. How do you balance rapid iteration with the need for deep, focused work?
- AI for Self‑Learning
In what concrete ways do you use AI to teach yourself—courses, code reviews, side projects? Give one real example.
- Future of Front‑End
Which AI capability—still niche today—do you believe could radically reshape front‑end development in the next three years?
- Personal Growth
What non‑coding skill would you most like to “level up” with the help of AI, and why?
- 50 % Code by AI
Imagine half of your workday’s code is autogenerated. What would be the hardest challenge in that scenario, and how would you prepare for it?
Everyone gets a reply and actionable feedback.
