Full-Stack Developer to $2200
Role Summary
As MX2 new Full-Stack Developer, you’ll take ownership of everything from blazing-fast landing pages to robust back-end integrations that power our subscription e-commerce funnels. You’ll collaborate daily with designers, paid-media specialists, and data analysts to turn creative concepts into production-ready code—while always keeping performance, security, and scalability in mind. If you’re equally comfortable refining React components and tuning SQL queries, thrive in a remote-first environment, and love experimenting with the latest AI-driven developer tools, let’s talk.
Key Responsibilities Area
What You’ll Do
Front-End (≈50 %)
• Convert Figma mock-ups into responsive, accessible UI (React/Vue or clean Vanilla JS). • Optimize Core Web Vitals (lazy-loading, code-splitting, image compression). • Implement tracking scripts for GA4, Meta Pixel, CRO tools via GTM.
Back-End (≈40 %)
• Design REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate third-party services (payment, CRM, shipping). • Model efficient SQL/NoSQL databases; write migrations & seeders. • Implement authentication, role-based access, and GDPR-compliant data flows.
DevOps & QA (≈10 %)
• Manage automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker). • Set up staging & production on DreamHost/ServerPilot/Cloudflare. • Write unit/integration tests; conduct peer-code reviews.
Collaboration & Improvement
• Work in Monday.com; update tasks, log hours (7pace), flag blockers early. • Suggest workflow optimisations—AI tools, component libraries, performance tweaks.
