We are looking for a Flutter Developer on behalf of our client, a prominent company providing innovative fleet management solutions. This client is involved in the technology sector, offering advanced, data-driven solutions aimed at optimizing fleet efficiency and safety.

About the project

A mobile-first platform designed to simplify transportation and scheduling for individuals with special needs. The system allows users or caregivers to easily book, manage, and track rides tailored to accessibility requirements. It integrates real-time vehicle tracking, notifications, and flexible scheduling to ensure reliable and personalized transportation services. The platform is built with a focus on user experience, security, and operational efficiency, serving as a bridge between passengers, drivers, and support centers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, responsive mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs for enhanced user experiences.

• Implement modern UI designs and architectures that adapt to the users' needs.

• Engage in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or in a similar mobile development role.

• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart for mobile app development.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile team environment.

• Effective communication skills and teamwork capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with native mobile development for iOS or Android.

• Background in UI/UX design and best practices.

• Familiarity with the full mobile development lifecycle, including automated testing and building.
