Key Account Manager (PSP / Payment Manager / Account manager)
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and technical launch of new merchants, including contract coordination (NDA, commercial terms), credential issuance, and settlement tracking
- Act as the main point of contact for active merchants and PSPs: resolve ongoing issues, coordinate priorities, and track performance
- Analyze and monitor conversion metrics, payment flow performance, and chargeback trends across merchant accounts
- Coordinate integration testing and implementation of new payment methods (e.g., BLIK, Open Banking), including geo expansion
- Communicate with internal teams (support, compliance, legal, technical) to ensure smooth operations and merchant satisfaction
- Maintain operational documentation: pricing tables, conversion stats, geo/provider mappings, blacklist/chargeback records
- Switch merchant traffic between providers as needed based on performance or technical considerations

Requirements:
- 1โ3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Operations, or Business Development in fintech, payments, or iGaming
- Experience working with banks, EMIs, PSPs, or payment platforms
- Higher education in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- English language proficiency at B2/C1/C2 level (spoken and written); knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to manage merchant and partner relationships independently
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and identify actionable insights
- Familiarity with payment flows, chargeback handling, and onboarding processes
