Lead Fullstack Developer (Web3/Blockchain)

Cowchain blockchain development company is actively looking for Web3 + Frontend/backend team lead to join our development team.

Lead Responsibilities
— Lead the technical aspects of the project and take ownership of the quality of its technical deliverables.
— Manage project execution: plan tasks, monitor deadlines, remove blockers, and proactively notify management of risks.
— Mentor and support the team: conduct pair programming, training sessions, and code reviews.
— Actively participate in development: write code, tackle critical tasks, and fill in gaps to ensure project completion.
— Ensure alignment on project goals and execution approach, resolve conflicts constructively, and uphold the agreed product vision.
— Enforce development standards as well as team culture and values; work alongside the Engineering Manager to resolve any misalignments.
