Backend Developer (Web3) Offline

📍 Remote | 🕒 Full-Time | 🌐 Web3 | 🧠 Golang Experience Required

Takadao is looking for a Backend Developer who is passionate about blockchain technology, committed to clean and scalable code, and excited to work in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain high-quality backend systems using Golang and other modern technologies
• Write high-quality and  maintainable code for both the frontend and the backend
• Adhere to  common security practices and design patterns 
• Implement responsive and performant user-facing experiences. 
• Analyze old code and refactor it to follow coding standards if applicable 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones are met.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Create and support technical documentation of feature development or active issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and bring new ideas to the table.
• Have a proactive attitude toward research and learning new things, and adapting new methodologies and technologies that improve quality, reliability, and performance

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in backend development
   
• Proficient in Golang (this is a must!)
   
• Strong understanding of backend algorithms and data structures
   
• Experience with RESTful APIs and AWS infrastructure
   
• Familiarity with .NET C# or Rust for backend development
   
• Solid unit testing and debugging experience
   
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, and GitHub workflows
   
• Exposure to frontend development and responsive design is a plus
   
• Experience with Web3 tools like Alchemy, Hardhat, or similar is a big bonus
   
• Public GitHub profile or open-source contributions are a major plus
