Junior QA Engineer Offline

Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset dedicated to helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards.

We seek a skilled QA Engineer with 1+ years of experience in a product company, ideally within the Fintech domain.
 

Who you are:

• 1+ year of experience in a product company
• Strong understanding of testing design techniques and experience with web and mobile (Android + iOS, cross-platform) application testing
• Skilled in creating clear, comprehensive testing documentation (from test plans to test reports)
• Experience in RESTful API testing
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, web services, and browser developer tools
• Comfortable working with project management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Jira)
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, TestCollab)
• Team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Languages: Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of SQL and experience with database management systems
• Experience with logs (AWS, Grafana, Argo)
• Basic knowledge of QA automation and willingness to learn and develop in this field (Typescript+Playwright preferably)

What will you do:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications across different platforms, ensuring they meet team standards and user requirements
• Create and maintain test documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
• Participate in design and specification reviews, using this information to create test plans and drive test development
• Conduct testing on new and existing features, including API, UI, and integration testing
• Execute regression testing to maintain product stability
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Spendbase
• Document and report testing outcomes
• Cross-team and client communication included
