Computer Vision Engineer

We are: Dwarf Engineering is a Ukrainian junior manufacturer that covers the full cycle of development and production of autonomous systems for the front lines. We are a team of punks and hackers in the military technology field developing autonomy modules for robotic systems.
We’re missing: A skilled Computer Vision Engineer with 2+ years of experience - a magician of vision and data.

Required skills:
 

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C++ and its related libraries/frameworks.
• Computer Vision: Solid understanding or familiarity with fundamental computer vision algorithms.
• CV/AI Libraries: Familiarity with popular computer vision or machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Feature Detection: Understanding of feature detection and matching algorithms (e.g., SIFT, ORB, SURF).
• Robotics: Knowledge of robotic systems, including kinematics and dynamics, is a major advantage.

In the raid, you’ll need to cover:
 

• Object Hunting — Designing, developing, and tuning object detection and tracking algorithms.
• Camera Alchemy — Participating in real-world validation and testing of vision-based models.
• Mystic Documentation — Preparing detailed reports on algorithm performance and development.
