What You’ll Do:

Fullstack Development:

• Develop and maintain our Flutter-based mobile app.
• Build and scale a robust Node.js backend with TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and business partners to deliver a user experience.
• Optimisations: Improve app performance, scalability, and overall quality while adhering to clean architecture principles.
• AI/LLM Integration (Optional and under mentorship): Collaborate on integrating AI features (e.g., OpenAI API, Vector Storages (Pinecone).
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality across the stack.
• Deployment & CI/CD: Implement best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and app release management.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Flutter (Dart) for mobile app development.
• Expertise in Node.js, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and REST API integration.
• Strong understanding of clean architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to work full-time with a startup mindset and commitment to long-term success.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of OpenAI API, LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI-driven features.

Soft Skills:

• A passion for technology and innovation.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment and take ownership of outcomes.
• Flexibility to learn and work on new tools and AI models under mentorship, if lacking experience.
