About the Role

We are looking for a senior backend developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and building scalable backend systems using C#, the .NET Framework, and Web API. This role focuses primarily on backend architecture, API development, database design, and real-time communication systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#, .NET Framework, and Web API.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and relational database schemas.
• Implement WebSocket-based real-time communication systems.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.

• Write clear, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

   

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and Web API.
• Proficient in relational databases and SQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time system architecture.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

   

Nice to Have

• Background in the FinTech industry or experience with trading platforms like MT4/MT5.
• Experience with React.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
