What makes you a great fit:

• You have successfully completed a degree in mathematics, computer science, operations research, or engineering, ideally with a focus on optimization methods
• You have in-depth knowledge of heuristic and/or mathematical optimization methods and algorithms
• You have several years of experience in software development with C++ and/or C # .NET and are proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio and professional source code management
• Knowledge of optimization frameworks and tools such as CPLEX, Gurobi, or MOSEK
• You have solid experience in applying agile methods and show initiative in problem-solving
• You are team-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are enthusiastic about technical challenges
• Your level of spoken English is at least upper-intermediate. 

Your day-to-day in this position:

• As a Senior Developer, you will be significantly involved in the conception and implementation of innovative functionalities in our client's supply chain product family
• In addition to developing standard solutions, you will implement customized planning, optimization, and AI solutions for customers
• As an experienced developer, you will take on responsibility in agile development teams and support customers and consultant colleagues in professional and technical issues
• You conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and support the further development of development standards within the team
