Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account / Advertising Manager or strong theoretical knowledge of affiliate marketing principles with practical training / internship experience;
  • 0,5+ year experience in dating or sweepstakes projects or solid understanding of these verticals and their specifics;
  • Good understanding of the main performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV);
  • Basic understanding of traffic sources such as Push, Popunder, Native Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads;
  • Understanding of the market, key advertisers, and major affiliate programs;
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Professional communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers;
  • Strong self-management skills and a structured approach to work;
  • Ambition and continuous desire for professional growth;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.

 

Responsibility:

  • Advertiser relationship management: build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing advertisers, finding new partners, ensuring long-term cooperation.
  • Communication & Support: Provide ongoing support, professional guidance, and feedback to advertisers.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze new opportunities for business growth.
  • Offer & Partner Acquisition (as needed): Search for new partners or offers upon request.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed personal commercial KPIs.
