Junior QA (1+ year of commercial experience) Offline

Job Description: 

We are seeking a motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our Salesforce team. This role will support our quality assurance efforts and contribute to ensuring the excellence of our managed services. The position offers opportunities to learn and grow while working alongside experienced QA professionals. 

Requirements: 

• 1+ years of QA experience 

• Understanding of basic QA concepts and methodologies 
• Willingness to learn new staff extensively 

• Understanding SDLC in general 

• Familiarity with software testing fundamentals 

• Basic understanding of defect tracking and test management 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Strong communication skills 

• English level: Intermediate 

Would be a plus:
• Experience with Salesforce

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in executing test cases and test plans 

• Participate in testing throughout the software development lifecycle 

• Report and document bugs accurately 

• Help perform regression testing 

• Learn and apply QA methodologies and best practices 

• Support the testing team in daily activities 

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other team members 

• Learn from experienced QA engineers and gradually take on more responsibilities 

• Help maintain test documentation 

• Assist in basic customer support tasks
