Cybersecurity Engineer — Trainer Offline

About the project:
We provide IT education for Ukrainians residing in Germany, helping them build real-world careers in Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:
Conduct dual education: teach cybersecurity concepts and practical application.

Deliver online sessions via Zoom, starting with 3–5 hours weekly (with the possibility to increase engagement over time).

Guide students through hands-on projects in applied cybersecurity (infrastructure, systems, or applications).

Optionally assist in designing and adapting cybersecurity training programs.

Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, Security Engineering, or PenTest.

Hands-on experience in applied security practices (network security, cloud, application hardening, etc.).

Previous work experience in major companies or significant enterprise environments (not only small agencies).

Valid European Union ID card or German eAT (electronic residence permit).

English proficiency is mandatory; Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
