The skills you need:
- Proven sales experience in construction, glazing, or real estate industries
- CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc). We use Monday.com
- Independent, proactive, data-driven approach
Considered a bonus:
- Architectural glazing or commercial glass product knowledge
AIA membership
What you’ll do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, and property managers
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our premium glazing products, we partner with Marvin, Reynaers, Pella, RIOT Glass, etc
- Generate leads through networking, trade shows, cold calling, warm leads
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements
- Provide sales reports and forecasts to track progress and sales performance
