About the role

We are looking for talented QA Engineers to join our team across several exciting projects. If you’re passionate about quality and detail-oriented, and if you want to contribute to real-world products used globally — we’d love to hear from you!
Our current QA needs span a number of projects, including:

  • A recruitment automation system for a US-based HR company;
  • A data collection and analysis platform for global telecommunications company;
  • An AI-powered marketplace for yachts and boats (UK);
  • A risk assessment platform (UK);
  • A catering platform for school lunches (USA).

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and product owners to ensure that every release meets high standards of quality.

 

Responsibilities

Your main mission will be to help us ensure the quality of the products we build. The position involves a combination of manual and automated testing, with an initial focus on functional manual testing. Specific tasks and testing strategies may vary slightly depending on the project and will be coordinated with the project manager.

As part of your work, you’ll:

  • Analyse requirements and define test scenarios;
  • Perform functional manual testing;
  • Participate in regression, integration, and exploratory testing;
  • Identify, report, and track defects;
  • Collaborate with developers and PMs to improve product quality;
  • Contribute ideas for improving QA practices and tools;
  • Gradually implement and maintain automated tests (where relevant)

  • Experience with manual testing of web applications;
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle;
  • Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset;
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit;
  • Basic knowledge of any test automation tools or frameworks is a plus;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different domains and teams.

  • Long-term Commitment. Our projects are usually long-term. That's why we ask our team members for a minimum of 1 year commitment from their side.
  •  Full-time Work. Our customers expect us to work full-time on their projects, so we kindly ask our team members the same. On average this means 40 hours per week.
  • Synced Schedule. The nature of our projects requires maximum schedule overlap for effective collaboration between everyone involved.
  • Team Meetings. We believe that clear communication is the key to success. Our teams have regular meetings: daily sync-ups, planning sessions, code review.
     

    Required skills:

    We look for the candidates who have:

  • Experience in manual testing of web applications, including writing and executing test cases;
  • Understanding of testing methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and QA best practices;
  • Ability to identify and document bugs clearly using tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar;
  • Basic knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) is a plus;
  • Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger;
  • Comfortable working with test documentation (test plans, test reports, checklists);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results;
  • Good spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher preferred);
  • Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
