B2B Sales of IT Fintech Solutions for Eastern European Markets
Compassway is looking for an experienced B2B sales specialist to develop sales of fintech products in Eastern European markets, with a focus on Poland.

Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in B2B sales of IT solutions (minimum 2 years)
• Mandatory knowledge of Polish (both spoken and written)
• Experience with cold leads and sales funnel development
• Ability to conduct product demos and handle objections
• Understanding of IT products, basic technical knowledge
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and managing leads through all stages
• Responsibility, initiative, and communication skills with technical teams
Conditions:
• Hourly rate: $8
• Sales bonus: 5–15% of the contract value
• Flexible working hours, fully remote
• Time tracking: via Yaware system
• Weekly reporting + mandatory CRM management with complete lead and status information
Onboarding Process:
• Demo session with the product IT architect
• Familiarization with technical documentation and instructions
• Provision of the initial potential client base
Main Tasks:
• Search and communication with cold leads
• Assessing interest in the product
• Conducting demo presentations
• Communicating with the R&D team to clarify technical requirements
• Managing the entire sales cycle via CRM
• Preparing weekly reports
Sales Plan:
• Average contract value: $25,000–30,000
• Average deal cycle: 90 days
• Active deals in progress: 3–4 per month
• Expected closed deals per year: 12–15
• Additional income from product customization: +20–30%
• Annual sales target: $490,000
