Business Development Manager (LinkedIn, Hubspot) to $1300 Offline

dNOVO Group is a Toronto-based digital marketing company specializing in SEO, PPC, and web design. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive BizDev Manager/Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in hiring, research, email and LinkedIn outreach, partner outreach, map optimization, and project management.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Hiring Support:

  • Post job listings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews with the CEO.

LinkedIn Outreach & Email Marketing:

  • Craft and execute campaigns that generate leads and book qualified appointments (B2B).
  • HubSpot: Track outreach activity, maintain lead pipelines, and automate follow-ups.

SEO & Digital Marketing Support

  • Oversee map optimization efforts to improve local search rankings.
  • Liaise with writers, manage agency blog/content schedule, and publish articles on WordPress.

Project & Administrative Support

  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and conferences calendar for the CEO.
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between various departments.

     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Lead Generation Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role (preferably in a digital marketing company)
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills (B2-C1 level).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content management — preferable.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, ChatGPT, etc.) — preferable.
  • Experience with WordPress and content management platforms— preferable.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage other team members efficiently.
  • Bonus: Experience with Google Maps optimization.
