Sales Development Representative
BotsCrew is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative ready to help us acquire new customers in 2025. You will work alongside our co-founder and sales executive and be responsible for helping to close deals through our marketing channels and Upwork.

Responsibilities:
- Work primarily with the US market
- Take part in the full sales cycle, with a primary focus on handling inbound leads and conducting discovery calls
- Generate new sales opportunities by maintaining regular qualitative outreach on Upwork
- Support the following stages of the sales cycle, including estimates, negotiations, and contract management
- Help elicit the requirements and work with the technical team to prepare proposals
- Conduct demos, build thoughtful business proposals showcasing ROI opportunities
- Keep sales records up to date and share findings with leadership and the marketing team
- Stay current with industry/pipeline trends and brainstorm the relevant offerings with the marketing team
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software sales
- Proven track record of closing deals with an average size above $15,000
- Experience with Upwork outreach and processing bids
- English Level – Advanced (C1)
- Knowledge of market research and best practices in sales
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships with enterprise customers
- Proficiency with GSuite tools (Excel, Slides, etc) and CRM (Hubspot), with the aptitude to learn new systems
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding or passion for Generative AI solutions will be a huge advantage
