Full-Stack developer

We’re looking for Full-Stack Tech Lead to drive the development of a healthcare payment management platform designed to simplify complex AR workflows for medical providers.

The project is a fast-growing B2B SaaS for patient billing, patient payments, and accounts receivable (AR) workflow automation, focused on healthcare providers.
 

You will be leading:

• 5-7 Medium to Senior Fullstack Engineers
• 1 automated QA
• 1 manual QA
• 1 Devops
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Experience of technical leading of a team
• Strong expertise in Laravel 10 , GoLang, Angular 17, Python is a must
• Solid experience with PHP Unit Testing, MySQL, Redis is also a must
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency

Nice to have:

• RabbitMQ or Kafka
   

Responsibilities:

• Reduce time-to-deploy for new features
• Improve speed and efficiency of delivering impactful product updates
• Lead architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization
• Build and maintain high-performance, scalable infrastructure
• Identify blockers, optimize workflows, and streamline team operations
