DevOps Engineer (AWS and Automation)

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain AWS infrastructure:
  • EC2, ECS
  • Aurora & RDS (MySQL)
  • ElastiCache (Redis)
  • S3, Route 53
  • CloudWatch, Systems Manager
  • SQS
  • Cognito
  • CodePipeline & CodeBuild
• Integrate and manage MongoDB Atlas and Google CDN
• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Containerize applications with Docker and run them on ECS
• Set up monitoring and alerts using CloudWatch and third‑party tools
• Implement security best practices: IAM policies, data encryption, regular audits
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and troubleshoot incidents
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on AWS and Linux experience
• Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience building CI/CD with AWS CodePipeline & CodeBuild
• Strong Docker and ECS skills
• Scripting in Bash or Python
• Familiarity with MongoDB Atlas and AWS Redis
• Solid understanding of monitoring and alerting

• Knowledge of cloud security fundamentals

   

Nice to have

• Experience with Helm charts or Kubernetes (EKS not used)
• AWS Lambda or Elastic Beanstalk exposure
• Prior work with Google CDN
