Senior Fullstack Developer

JOT Solutions is an Israeli company engaged in Strategic Corporate Management. We offer three types of services. The first is budget and time management within the company. The second is our own app, which we have created and are now selling, allowing our customers and employees to track their work. The third service involves creating and managing teams abroad. Our field of activity includes coordinating, managing, and designing foreign construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a fellow developer on a GitHub-managed project, adhering to a structured workflow that includes submitting pull requests (PRs) for review and obtaining manager approval.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-quality web applications and Chrome extensions aligned with company objectives.
   

Work Schedule:

• Part-time position: 5 days per week, 4 hours per day.
   

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with the following technologies:
  • Next.js: For building scalable and performant web applications.
  • NextAuth: For implementing secure authentication systems.
  • MongoDB: For efficient database management.
  • Mongoose: For streamlined interaction with MongoDB.
  • TypeScript: For robust, type-safe coding practices.
  • [Must] JavaScript: Core language proficiency (utilized in approximately 80% of Chrome extension development).
  • [Must] DOM Manipulation with vanilla javascript: a core part of the product relying on creating features on top of an existing code of the top platforms such as Chatbot Interface.
  • Vercel: For Deployment.
  • Nodemailer: For Email Verification.
  • PayPal: Subscriptions operations.
  • Icount: Subscriptions operations.
  • Security: Basic understanding and knowledge of web security and connection between chrome extension and backend server on the cloud.
• Strong understanding of web application and Chrome extension principles on the browser.
• Familiarity with collaborative development workflows, including GitHub version control and pull request processes.

Additional Tools:

• Experience with Cursor AI or similar AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

• Demonstrated expertise in fullstack development, with a focus on AI-driven solutions, Chrome extension utilities, and security.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced startup environment alongside a tight-knit team.
