Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE at DigitalCare Offline

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE with strong experience in "bare metal infrastructure", "Kubernetes", and "Infrastructure as Code". You’ll help us design and manage critical infrastructure spanning from physical servers to container orchestration, with a high emphasis on automation, reliability, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable ans secure bare metal infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
- Implement monitoring, alerting and logging solutions to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, security and operations.
- Support the development and execution of backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Optimize costs and resources on infrastructure to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior DevOps engineers on best practices and technologies.


Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps / SRE experience.
- Solid experience with bare metal provisioning and Linux systems administration.

- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes internals, Helm, and container orchestration.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Ansible.
- Experience with CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
- Deep understanding of networking, DNS, TLS and load balancing.
- Experience with monitoring, logging and alerting.

 

Nice to Have:
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with Web3 technologies is an added bonus.
